The Big Bard's Ball at Ham House

We expect to be given challenging briefs by our clients, which stretch our imagination and creativity. We are good at interpreting and creating our clients' design ideas and work closely with them
to make a spectacular finish.

The Rouge Partnership kindly involved Witney UK in the development of The Big Bard's Ball at Ham House (National Trust) in May this year. They had been approached by Sainsbury's to create a charity fundraiser for Comic Relief for 900 guests. For the reception area, Witney UK created a conservatory effect with the marquee to encapsulate the façade of the house on the terrace above, and a dining area for 900 with a raised central area into which a central truss was installed for aerial acrobatics to take place during dinner. Using over 3,300 sq mtrs of marquee and cassette flooring on this installation we received great praise
from our client:

"The marquee looked fabulous - a real show stopper and the perfect setting for our Shakespearean spectacular"
Nathan Homan - Creative Director - The Rouge Partnership
Visually stunning and exciting, this party was held at Syon House for a thousand people.
